Our family is very impressed and pleased with the care we’ve received from Dr. Plothow and his staff. He was able to order a new line of glasses that I felt would be good for my son with special needs. They’ve been very patient and understanding of me needing to bring multiple kids to appointments. Dr. Plothow is very thorough and great at listening to his patients concerns. He does not try to push glasses on people, but gives them all of their options and gives practical real life advice. As a mom, I really appreciate this in a doctor. I am quick to recommend Dr. Plothow to all of my family and friends.

I had something stuck in my eye that as causing a significant amount of pain. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Plothow to have my eye checked out. He fit me in the same day and he took time to hear my story and spent a lot of time with me examining my eye. It is so hard to find a doctor like Dr Plothow.

I've been to his office many times. Dr Plothow offers quality work by answering any question. He makes sure the patients know what is happening with their vision and how, he can help. Very thorough exam and friendly staff!.

I had a fantastic experience at Utah Valley Eye Center. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. The doctor was truly outstanding — knowledgeable, caring, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I felt completely at ease. I highly recommend this center to anyone in need of quality eye care!.

We are so happy we found Utah Valley Eye Center. They made everything so easy and straight forward. So much better than our old place! Everything from the appointment to the ordering of contacts was clear, efficient and easy. Best of all, there were no hidden or "extra" costs and they worked with our insurance seamlessly. We highly recommend!!.

Great service! Took our entire family all at once and it was a seamless process. The staff and doctors are attentive and helpful. Willing to take the time to answer any questions and make sure we receive the best care.

I am extremely shocked to see such terrible reviews on Excell Eye Center. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences and interactions there. Their doctors and staff members are amazing. They've always been extremely friendly and accommodating every time I've visited. I've recently had cataract surgery in both eyes done by one of the doctors at Excell Eye Center. It was excellent. He was able to restore a Hugh potion of my eye sight and it has been life changing. I can't even begin to thank them enough for that. After discovering and reading these very recent and suspicious reviews of Excell Eye Center, it seems to me that they are being produced by a former employee that has recently had their employment terminated. Common sense would tell you that these eight other negative reviews, all posted within hours of each other are not valid reviews. Most of the "posters" don't even reside in utah! It is quite sad to see someone create false statements online in order to try to hurt a business they once worked for because of bitter feelings or vindictiveness due to being fired. All in all I would highly recommend Excell Eye Center to anyone looking for top quality Eye care and treatment. They are by far the best facility I've ever been to. Thank you Excell!

In September of 2023 I decided to do the PRK surgery and it was one of the best decisions of my life. The surgery went great and Dr.Ricks answered all my questions. They staff was friendly and cared for you and wanted to make sure you were comfortable. I'm glad I did PRK over Lasik. I was never rushed or felt like I was a paycheck, I felt like a valued customer.

Great place, Cody and Dr. Loveless are so friendly, very helpful and accommodating! I lost my glasses on a trip and was blind for a day trying to figure out a replacement. They were able to fax me my contacts prescription so I could get something locally. Thank you for your help!
