Easy to schedule the appointment. The scheduler was able to answer all the questions and set expectations appropriately. The check in was fast, staff is very courteous and cooperative. The appointment itself went very smoothly and all the providers are knowledgeable and happy to answer all the questions that we had. Overall a very good experience and will definitely recommend this practice.

I have been going to Total Vision for four years now and have had a fantastic experience every time. Dr. Addison is professional and patient centered. His staff in front are professional and create a beautiful experience when choosing frames. Their selection of frames is truly outstanding and unique.

I felt I got a complete extensive eye exam. Enjoyed the professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly staff. I highly recommend their service for kids and adults.

Awesome experience! I brought my daughter in to get her first pair of glasses. She was so nervious, but Leah and Dr. Niemeier, helped her feel comfortable and welcome. They were awesome to work with! I've never had glasses and didn't know what to expect, they did an amazing job of explaining the next steps to me, and helping my daughter better understand.

My glasses are perfect, and Alex did an excellent job measuring for my progressive trifocal lenses. She was very professional and kind from the ordering process through the adjustment of the glasses. I am so happy with my whole experience.

In-house doctors, excellent customer service, cute clinic! We will be back for our eye care needs. Thank you!.

Everyone at RFEC is wonderful from the front desk to the providers. We were immediately welcomed and checked in. It's so nice to have staff engage with customers. After my daughter's visit, her provider came out to the lobby to share an update with me, answer my questions, and share the contact ordering discount. It was a great experience.

The staff at Rochester Family Eye Clinic make me feel comfortable and don't pressure me into any services or products I don't need/want. Dr. Melissa Downs does a wonderful job explaining each test, and she worked with me to find the right contacts. All around, it's a good fit for my family's eye care needs.

Melissa Downs is unquestionably the most thorough, skillful, and personable optometrist to have "looked me in the eye" in many years. The entire staff makes Rochester Family Eye Clinic, in my opinion, the very best.
