“Dr. Andrew McKeon finished his medical education at the University College Dublin, National University of Ireland, School of Medicine. He completed his residency and fellowship at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science (Rochester). He is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians. Dr. Andrew McKeon is a member of the American Neurological Association and the American Board of Medical Laboratory Immunology. He is co-director of the Neuroimmunology Laboratory. Dr. Andrew McKeon is a professor of neurology and associate professor of laboratory medicine and pathology at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. His research and clinical interests are related to the evaluation and treatment of patients with autoimmune CNS disorders. His research goals are to discover new antibody biomarkers for those diseases, validate the biomarkers for clinical use, understand the pathophysiological significance of those biomarkers, and develop therapeutics. Dr. Andrew McKeon is currently practicing at the Mayo Clinic, which provides expert care to everyone who needs healing.”
