I recently moved to the area and dreaded finding new providers I could trust. I went in today for new eyeglasses and an eye exam and the experience was wonderful! Every step of the process was explained to me thoroughly and the team was kind and helpful every step of the way. Dr Inga Fors was efficient while also providing a great level of care. The highlight of my visit was picking out new frames. They had a large selection of frames, including designer brands. Andre was one of the nicest people I’ve encountered in customer service and he went above and beyond with my eyeglasses and explaining my vision benefit. Cannot recommend this office enough.

I have been a customer here for over a decade. Staff has always been very professional and really listen for understanding on how to treat my eye concerns. I highly recommend Active Eyecare of Surprise for anyone seeking professional eyecare.

This was my first visit here and the staff and doctor were great. My exam was thorough and my prescription feels right ( for the first in a couple years from a different eye clinic). Thank you.

Highly recommend coming here for your eye exam! All of the technicians as well as Dr. Rachael Smith were very efficient, knowledgeable, and my appointment was on time. Any questions I had were answered in full detail and there were no “surprise” costs for any item I had purchased. Highly recommend this Target optical.

Dr. Rachael Smith did a complete exam, then advisaed me that I should get cataract surgery before buying new glasses. How nice of her to give me the correct advice instead of just having me go ahead and get new glasses. She also was very patient and helpful during my exam.

My experience was great! The staff was kind, pleasant, and funny. Glad to have made my appointment to here! Thank you.

Although I was disappointed that I couldn't have a diabetic eye exam WITHOUT dilation (I called in prior to scheduling this appointment and was told I could refuse dilation), the staff person was so helpful in explaining the reason for this therefore my appointment was canceled. I didn't have a driver and I had an extreme experience/loss of acute vision with a different provider on my last eye exam with dilation that I felt was unsafe driving home. BDP Staff was extremely professional and I trusted his explanation and advice. I will never go to a different eye care doctor again.

I am a patient with them for years and so far had a few surgeries done for my eyes. I like their facility and their efficiency. No problems so far. There were times there was always a long wait but recently things are moving quite fast.

My appointment went very well this time. The check-in process was a breeze, my wait time to be called was reasonable, the staff was friendly and efficient, and I was in and out in an hour. Very pleased.
