We encountered Dr. Borlongan at Banner DW. I instantly got a good read on him. We visited him for a concern regarding umbilical cord care during the newborn 1 week and I appreciated the aseptic techniques he used. He was very thoroughhand we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I canceled our follow up as I changed my mind about vaccinating per schedule, however he reached out to kindly remind us to get the second newborn heel stick. My encounter with front office staff and MA was pleasant and I didn't observe anything negative. I'll certainly be referring to Dr. Borlongan.

My children have been seen at his practice since they were born. They always make room for same day visits when my kids are sick. Sometimes that means I wait in the office longer then normal but they’re allowing me to come when the days already filled. He’s always been nice and greets my children during appointments. Staff is friendly and remember us.

I have been taking my kids to see Dr Borlongan for 16 years. He has been nothing but caring and professional. I would recommend anyone to go to him for all your kids healthcare needs.

Dr. Johansson is my daughter's pediatrician and I will never go to anyone else. I wish I had known her from the beginning, but am eager to recommend her to everyone I know. She is thorough, kind, and the least invasive doctor I have ever known. I feel as though I visit a friend, not an impersonal doctor, every time we need to go, whether it be a well or sick visit.

She has seen my son since birth, and is amazing. We are moving cross country and I am so sad she won’t be his pediatrician anymore. I’m a mother of 5 children, and we move every 2-3 years, so I’ve been to a lot of Pediatricians. Doctor Johansson is probably the best pediatrician I’ve seen the past 18 yrs.

i’ve been seeing her since i was 3 yrs old and she’s been the best dr ever.

I recently switched over and I’m so glad I did! The front office were very attentive and kind. It was easy to get an apt. The PA/Nurses/and of course Dr. Hoff were all so kind, informative, non judgmental, thorough and over all amazing! The office is super clean and there’s a sick kid entrance separate from the healthy kid entrance. I’m so glad I found a great peds office for my 4 kiddos.

Dr Hoff has been my go to for many years! I will always go back to her even now when it’s a 30-40 minute drive. She cares about the kids and she honestly saved my daughter’s life. I am very grateful for Dr Hoff and the team! You can’t find a better pediatrician!.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr Hoff and her team. They are thorough and compassionate. It doesn’t matter what doctor you see in that clinic they all are fantastic. It’s hard to find a good doctor these days. I just wish they treated adults too. Lol.
