I had my eyes checked and needed new glasses and I received excellent service from Rachel Conger, who helped me find just the best frames for me and the lenses that I needed to suit my needs.. She is very knowledgeable about all her products and your services and very friendly and always willing and goes above and beyond to help me when I need help every time I stop by with a problem.. I have been a long time customer from here and have always been very satisfied with all your products and services… I would like to give Rachel a10+ on your scale of services because she is always willing to give 110% Thanks to all your great staff for their great work!!!.

Wendy the optician couldn't have been more helpful in making sure my lens script was right on the mark. Just great! Doctor K always takes time to communicate well and provides a thoughtful and thorough examination. Very straight forward with listening and feedback!.

I was very surprised when I called about my eye problem and wanting to schedule an appointment they asked if I could come in the same day! Of course I went in after about an hour and a half before they closed she took me in and did a bunch of tests they were all very professional and friendly. They all seemed to really care! I highly recommend them!.

I believe Dr Donna saved my eyesight. I walked in without an appointment because I was have blurry vision. She took me in right away and discovered i had a detached retina. Sent me over to the surgery center, surgery the next morning. She is very kind snd listens to my concerns. I would highly recommend her, and I have!!.

My daughter and I have been going here for many years. And everyone is very nice . The doctor takes time to explain different eye conditions or any other questions that you might have. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Abowd performed 2 separate, unrelated procedures on me (1/24 & 6/24). He is always pleasant, caring, informative and professional. As busy as he is, he never makes me feel rushed. He takes the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I couldn’t be happier with the results of both of my experiences.

Dr. Abowd performed my cataract surgery most recently. I was so very impressed and pleased with the entire experience. He was personable, professional and so efficient as an eye surgeon. I must also credit his staff in the office and surgical staff.They are all so delightful and kind. Definitely a great experience, Thank you! .

My appointment was scheduled for 10:40 am I was taken back to exam room by 10: 43 am (Fantastic). The testing that I needed done before I saw Dr. Abowd was done quickly. Dr Abowd reviewed my testing and explained to me what he needed to do, how long the procedure would take and that they would handle this in the Toledo office. Very professional and polite. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
