Dr. Filipiak is a little quirky and I enjoyed meeting him . He answered all of my questions and seemed up to date on research and procedures. I did not feel rushed. The staff was kind and also took time to explain everything. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable.

Dr. Filipiak is a knowledgeable, thoughtful doctor. He always listens to my concerns and brings his useful experience to develop a treatment plan for me. Highly recommend.

Dr. Filipiak is wonderful. He takes his time with me. Listened to my concerns and actually listened. I am so glad I switched providers.

They took me back quickly, I didn't have to wait in the waiting room or the exam room long. The doctor was very pleasant. Although it was my first visit he was familiar with my health history (there's a lot). He made feel like a person not just another patient he had to see that day (great bed side manner). The rest of the staff seemed caring as well. I would highly recommend this office. I haven't had the procedure yet but I am feeling more optimistic after meeting with him. He does seem to generally care about his patients.

Amazing Doctor. I give him 6 stars. Explain everything very well. Very personable and very kind man. I recommend him to everyone. His team is so good. I don't remember having the test. No sore throat. No pain. AMAZING.

I am happy to have Dr. Basista on the team, I liked him very much and feel confident he will get us some answers. He explained the next steps very carefully caring for my husband condition.

Absolutely amazing work, I have never had better care from a promedica facility. Its amazing that the staff show so much care and respect to their patients. I didn't just feel like a number, they weren't worried about payment and just focused on my care. I will recommend this facility solely in the promedica system as it's been wonderful compared to Hickman or Bixby and even toledo.By far the best experience I've ever had, thank you Dr.Heif and your staff Julia and Dot you are true medical professionals.

Great Dr, great staff and team. Couldn't say enough good things about them. Very thankful to have been recommended to someone so good and trained in this area.
