Staff was friendly and welcoming. The lady who did the first part of my eye exam made it easy and explained what each machine was going to show about the health and function of my eyes. Dr. Deutscher is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the results of that day’s tests, any changes in eye health or new prognosis and gives good advice. I’ve been coming to this optometry office for more than 30 years and they are very reliable and expert at determining the right prescription for new glasses as your eyesight changes and at determining any eye health changes or problems and what can be done to help.

I like going to have my annual vision ck by Dr Rottinghaus. He and the staff were so happy, friendly and professional. They were all very thoughtful and thorough in answering all my questions. While my vision has deteriorated slightly I felt they all had my best interest in mind!

Always professional and courteous. Numerous tests to insure everything is going well. Results and suggestions given the same day. All staff friendly and respectful. I was actually recommended by a friend years ago and I stayed because of the great treatment.

I brought in my aunts frames today for a repair. She has dementia and she fell today hitting her face and glasses on the table. She is not your customer and you had no obligation to help me. She is quite near-sighted and was very confused when I got to the nursing home this afternoon and she couldn't have her glasses. You were able to fix them, clean them, put new nose pieces on; they looked brand new. I cannot tell you how grateful I am. It may not seem like much or all in a days work but please know you blessed my day and you blessed my aunt although she may not understand what happened. Jesus tells us that whatever you do to the least of these you did for Him. Today you did Jesus's work and I am truly appreciative.
