Dr. Michael Gaume, His bedside manners are caring, compassionate, amazing, soft spoken, he slips in his sense of humor just when you least expect him to! My husband and I found out that Dr.Gaume likes fishing and we started exchanging fishing stories.

Dr. Guame is one of the most amazing , patient, and kind doctor I've come across in Topeka. And let me tell you.... that is RARE in this city. He will not give up on you and he listens. Rare gem right here in Topeka, Kansas.

Dr. Gaume and his staff are always respectful and helpful. The office is quiet, orderly and friendly. I am usually in pain when I visit for consultations and treatment and the peaceful atmosphere is so comforting.

I have been critical of this office in the past, but I also believe that when someone does a great job, we should let people know. Went in this morning for a procedure. Right from the start they were professional and very accommodating. As soon as I got to the front desk, the lady helped me navigate all the issues in a very timely manner. The nurses and DR. Nicolae we’re fantastic and I am very pleased. Thank you so very much.

He listens and takes the time for you-so very friendly and eager to help.

I thought Dr. Nicholae was awesome at my first visit. He was patient, explained my condition, and treatment. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Smith is the absolute best pain dr and his team seems to love and respect him as much as I do. Epidurals suck but Dr. Smith and his team TEAM (from check in to leaving an appointment) are absolutely my favorite and make the experience of getting injections bearable. We laugh, we talk, we are serious and silly. I LOVE DR. BRANT SMITH AND HIS TEAM.

Dr. Smith is absolutely amazing! He listens to concerns then addresses the issue head on. He explains what he wants to do and how it would be done. His staff is just as amazing and caring for each person that comes in.

Dr. Brant Smith is a physician who makes you feel welcome the minute you meet him. I highly recommend him as a pain specialist.
