Samantha Naidoo, O.D. - FOCUSED EYE CARE

Dr. Abraham came recommended from a dear friend and he did an amazing job explaining all my options as my vision changes. Was curious, professional, yet candid. I still give him and his practice 5 stars because we are all allowed to have a bad day. The only negative part was the receptionist at the desk at 4:30pm on 3/21/24 who answered my questions about insurance coverage in a rushed, uncaring manner. Did not even offer to double check with billing, just used them as a shield to remain immovable. I’m okay with paying what I need to pay based on insurance coverage and can admit my possible misunderstand, however, I would have appreciated the same courtesy given to me. The gentleman at the right of her, was extra courteous trying to make up for the other lady’s apathy. Apart from this individual, the rest of the staff was wonderful. Shout out to Ellen, who was patient, helpful, informative, respectful, and kind. Over all, I’d recommend this practice to friends and family. As a matter of a fact, I already did!

Love this Eye care place. Love the Dr I saw. Everyone was polite, explaining everything well .They took the time needed. After all tests the Dr was in my eye exam room within minutes. When does that happen? I am now making a appointment for my husband. I will recommend them to anyone no matter what you need in eye care. I am very impressed and I rarely give a five-star review to any doctor's office. This doctor's office would get more stars if they provided them.

I visited this clinic for the very first time in March, the entire eye exam/frame selection process was very pleasant. Dr. Naidoo is very funny and friendly, made the vision exam part go by very fast; Sandy and Ellen are extremely helpful as well, whom provided great customer service: The initial pair of glasses I received had some issues. I went back and they immediately handled it by ordering new lenses. A few weeks later, the new pair with improved lenses came in and it solved the problem.
