Dr. Metts treated me when he practiced in West Monroe, LA at the recommendation of my primary care doctor. He solved my breatheing problem that no other ENT had noticed. I had a turbinate. Now, I can breathe. He also performed surgery on my husband who had been told by his primary that he had a sist on his face. However, it was a benign tumor. Thank you, Dr. Metts. When my husband had another large growth on the other side of his face, Dr. Metts had left the area. I researched his name and found him in Rowlett, TX. We drove to him for treatment. This time it was a sist and he was given medication for healing. I trust Dr. Metts, love his nurse, and staff. If ever we have another ENT issue requiring surgery, I will again look for Dr. Metts. He's awesome!.

I had an ear issue for two months. The doctor’s office staff worked with me on an asap appt the same day I called in. They called several hours later with a cancelled appt and I could fill the spot. Dr. Metts knew exactly what was going on and fixed my probably. I’m truly grateful for how they helped that day. I will be taking myself and family back to this office if there’s ever an issue. As a business owner, I appreciate how they operate and they have earned my business.

Cristina, who works with Dr. Chang was also caring and very helpful. Dr. Chang and Cristina both made us feel at ease for our office visit. We are extremely happy we found Dr. Chang, we would definitely recommend going to Dr. Chang.
