In the past when looking for flooring and out experience has been great. You are able to check out samples and at the time there where no deposits. So, if you are looking flooring from carpet to laminate make sure you check this place out. And if you find something you like somewhere else bring it to them and they can probably order it. They have a very good short list of installers. They originally told us 3-4 days and they knocked it out in 2 days, WOW. They where always on time and clean. A great big thank you to Liz for all her help and assistance in getting my flooring done prior to Christmas. Great service and price what more can you ask for. Job well done! Thank you FL!!!

I got new granite counters in my kitchen and bathrooms, as well as laminate flooring in bathrooms and carpet in bedroom. Janet, Freddie and Shaun were all friendly, knowledgable, courteous, and professional. I shopped, and found the best price here. Glad I came here, great experience!

Raven at Quality Carpets provided great advice and impeccable service, did not rush us, even came out herself to measure. I went back for multiple visits to get more samples and they let me take them to my home to see with my lighting, etc. which their competitors did not and was a major deciding factor in choosing Quality Carpets! We loved their install team and have been beyond excited with the feel and quality of our new whole-house carpet. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for other home improvement needs! Wonderful experience - I purchased Hunter Douglas window coverings for my entire house. They are absolutely beautiful and work perfectly. The workmanship is percise and workers were so very pleasant. I would definitely use Quality Design Center for ALL my needs. Next is my flooring - can’t wait to go to Quality Design again for a wonderful experience picking out my wood flooring !!!

I would say that they are hands down flooring experts, as I've used them on several occasions over the last 20yrs for carpet, LVP flooring, wood flooring as well as window coverings and have had great finished results on each occasion. Nick has always taken care of me and my projects with exceptional customer service and product knowledge. I would highly recommend them!

Walking in this huge store was impressive with its extensive inventory! They have a large selection with a wide variety of flooring options to choose from. The employees are friendly and helpful and willing to answer questions. Free estimates are available to have a professional come to your home and take measurements along with contractor recommendations for installation. They also have financing available for those who would like to use their 0% interest option. We left the store with some flooring options that we are seriously considering.

This store has a large selection to choose from. I must admit, I was a bit intimidated at first but thankfully Marissa was there to assist me with all the questions I had. I had a great experience, as this associate was very friendly and knowledgeable.

You have the best PRO team I've ever seen. Everyone is very courteous and knowledgeable. Carlos is my go to person. I have all my clients ask for him when I send them in. He treats them very well and recommends the correct materials. All the PRO team rocks.
