Roberto came over to my house after I called about a broken window. I live on a golf course and this was the first time in five years that a window had been broken by a golf ball. The turnaround time to replace it was fairly quick! The only constructive thing I would say is that I wish Roberto put boot coverings on when he walked on my carpet. Other than that, the service and replacement was excellent.

We had our Anlin French patio doors opened by a strong wind gust. We called the Anlin field support and they sent Roberto Ortiz to fix. He analyzed the issue and took apart the locking components and found an installation error that eluded original installers and prior support team. He was able to fix it by grinding the latch on the bottom of the door sill so that the lock stayed in place completely. Roberto was a good listener and great at explaining the locking mechanism. Thank you Roberto.

Tech 1 Field Service Technician, Samuel Cano Hernández; was very professional and clean when installing my window. I was impressed with his communication and timely responses. I will be using Anlin Window and doors if needed in the future and will be recommending them. I hope all of their team represent themselves as well as Mr. Hernandez.

RECOMMENDED. I had the windows/doors in my house replaced (16 total). It only took two days. From the sales department to clean up after installation everyone was professional, responsive, arrived on time and my house was clean when they left. Their prices are reasonable and were well within what I expected. My installers were Carlos T and Jose A they arrived on time both days, the work was great and they cleaned up both days. I will definitely be using them again.

Carlos from Clovis Glass installed our front door and did an exceptional job. His craftsmanship is impeccable. He takes a lot of care setting up and cleaning up and wants to ensure the customer is happy with the finished product. Overall, the service from the entire Clovis Glass team is top notch. Thank you.

My husband and I are so pleased with our new Milgard sliding glass door that Carlos from Clovis Glass just installed. Our door has the magnetic blinds in between the two layers of glass! Perfect for us. Carlos was on time and efficiently and expertly installed our door. Carlos was professional, kind, and, proficient. The workers were friendly, took the time to explain how the windows worked, and answered every question I had. Not only did they install the windows flawlessly, but they also cleaned everything up so well that my home looked even better than before they arrived. We had about 4 different quotes and Ricky V Windows was the best price. Ricky was quick to show up and show us what they offered- all without feeling too much of a sales pitch. The follow up quotes were thorough and easy to read. They followed up via email to see what our decisions were, again, never feeling too pushy. Installation was quick and prompt (two days) - because we had two different orders. But overall we are very happy with our new windows and sliding glass door.

We had a new sliding door installed in our kitchen to the patio. Ricky was great to work with and he also price matched another company’s quote for us. It’s amazing how quick the old one was removed and how quick the new one was installed. The two gentleman were efficient, professional, very polite and did a fantastic job in detail. They took pride in their finished work of painting the trim around the sliding door and clean up. I would highly recommend Ricky and his company. Thank you Ricky and company.
