3 Best Food Trucks in Bellevue, WA

If you’re craving Mexican food and you’re in the Redmond area, I would highly recommend making a stop at Los Chilangos. We’ve eaten here 3x in the last 3 months and the food and service have been consistently good. The taco plate is generous and the flavors are amazing. Our personal favorites are the Al Pastor (marinated pork & grilled pineapple) and Cabeza (beef cheek with herbs & garlic). And their salsa is SO GOOD. They keep it in a fridge in the dining area so it stays fresh and you can grab whatever suits your heat level. The restaurant is clean with a good amount of seating and they have lots of parking so it’s very accessible. Hope you'll like it as much as we do!

Wow the exceeded all expectations. We had a non profit event for 185 people to recruit young diverse people to a career in fire or ems. It was held at the Redmond Community Center and everyone raved about the wonderful food! We only ordered food for 155 and an extra 30 people arrived and since they had the food truck on site they were able to serve an unexpected group. If you have a large event or if you can stop by their food truck or restaurant you will love the food and the excellent staff.

This is a food truck location for pickup to go orders. There is no on-site seating so keep that in mind for your visit to this location. The food was good cooked fresh and to order. The staff were very friendly and helped with any questions. Food came out as ordered In about 5 minutes. Would recommend this as a great spot to grab a lunch on the go or a take home order the salsa that comes with the chips is very good. Worth the visit if your in the area.

Had dinner here last night for the first time after a friend recommended it. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that I didn't come here sooner. The team managing the food truck were extremely nice, and the tacos were spectacular (very reasonable prices as well). My favorite one was the adobada, but don't sleep on the chicken or asada tacos either. Will definitely come back!

Hands down the best Mexican food on the Eastside. The mulitas are out of this world. Get them with cilantro and onions. Order yourself a nice freshening horchata to wash it all down with. Also, shout out to Alex for the awesome customer service!

This place is awesome. I tried the pollo, carnitas, and asada tacos and all were super delicious and very flavourful. The folks working on the truck were really friendly too.
