TENDON KOHAKU REVIEWS

The place is super cute and comfortable to fit the vibes of the traditional Japan. The service was super quick and when we informed them that we like the creamy udon to be warmer. They helped us redo it. The food was pretty good. I definitely enjoyed my hondashi udon and the tempuras especially the anago unagi. They were super crispy and not oily at all. Definitely will go again.

The food was so good and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Every bite was amazing. The service was also excellent. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. I will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this place if you want great food and great service.

Came on Wednesday near opening and it was already packed! Highly recommended to make a reservation. It was my second time coming and I tried the chicken katsu and it did not disappoint! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with the rich and subtly spicy curry sauce I really loved it. The rice was also great, firm and chewy. Service was great and love the ambience.

HOKKAIDO RAMEN SANTOUKA BELLEVUE REVIEWS

This is a solid go-to spot for ramen lovers. The broth is rich, flavorful, and hits the spot without being overly salty. Noodles are cooked just right, and the toppings are fresh and satisfying. Their side dishes—especially the gyoza and fried chicken—are also worth trying. Service is friendly and efficient. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re in the area and craving a comforting bowl of ramen.

Every time I ask for a Japanese restaurant recommendation, this one comes highly suggested by Japanese people. We tried it, and it was decent—the portions are large with plenty of meat, and the flavor is good. It’s usually quite busy, so you may have to wait, but the service is fast. That said, having had great ramen elsewhere, I wouldn’t make a special trip to Bellevue just for it.

One of the best ramen shops in the Seattle & Eastside areas. The ramen is always springy, the Tonkotsu pork bone broth is rich & favorable, and the staff is super friendly. Besides the typical bowl of ramen, I would highly recommend trying the dipping noodles, which is a thicker noodle with a side bowl of ultra-rich broth to dip them in. It’s fun, different, and satisfying.

KIZUKI RAMEN & IZAKAYA REVIEWS

We loved it—the flavors were great, and the combination of ingredients was spot on. The low sodium option is a huge plus; it's refreshing to see a place that actually makes that a choice. It gets busy on Fridays, so you might have to wait a bit, but we were lucky and got seated quickly. The kids loved it too.

“Jenny’s service was impeccable! Our server was so professional, attentive, and knowledgeable that I genuinely thought she owned the restaurant. She made our dining experience truly exceptional!” They also have new items on the menu that looked amazing.

Chicken karaage was really good. A good portion size did the ramen as well. Delighted to see some anime cafe pop-ups in the area. More of these would be great.
