This is Denton's first permitted food truck and has been recognized as one of the top 100 dishes by the Dallas Observer. They offer catering services for weddings, birthdays, graduations, and corporate events. If you prefer to enjoy their food at home, you can place an order for delivery. Feta's Lone Star Greek is located just one block from the town square in Denton, offering a great place to enjoy a gyro, a beer from the Drafthouse, and great company. Whomever is reading this, please please go check out the Pickled Carrot! Have been to the pickled carrot only once in person, but the customer service was amazing! It was a memorably kind interaction! The man that I presumed was the owner was helpful when navigating the menu, warm and inviting, along with having a great sense of humor. I have never been disappointed with a dish that I have received (I normally order through delivery apps) and I believe the portions to be very reasonably sized. The V-fries with their tofu is life changing, it’s been the only food item in Denton that I regularly crave! Today I tried the tofu noodle bowl and it was also wonderful. This might’ve been on accident, but I even received a second portion of the noodles which has made my whole day, probably even week! The flavor and freshness of their food is unmatched! They have a unique spin on Vietnamese cuisine while still keeping it simple and traditional. They care about their customers and put quality work into every dish that is made. The pricing is reasonably affordable especially for the quality that you are getting, its my occasional treat as a broke college student! I HIGHLY recommend the pickled carrot!

Got a Pork Banh Mi and Egg Rolls delivered and everything traveled well. The food was still fresh and crispy, it was all delicious. The banh mi could use some more cilantro, but that might be my personal preference. The eggs rolls were really good.

The pork banh mi is full of all the flavors a person could ask for. For a smaller appetite I would get their noodles. For a splurge get the Viet Fries.

We savored every bite of the hibachi tofu fried rice, fish hibachi fried rice, and chicken hibachi rice we ordered for takeout. The flavors were superb and exceeded our expectations, leaving us thoroughly impressed. Bringing the food home to enjoy in the comfort of our own space was an added bonus, making for an overall wonderful experience. We enjoyed the meal so much that we will definitely be placing more orders in the future.

Absolutely random stop in. Saw it on Google and figured why not. Ridiculously delicious! Expensive, but the servings are HUGE! I'm talking 3-4 portions. 100% worth it. Keep this place in business. Can't wait to go back!

Howdy Folks, you know I rarely recommend restaurants and I will never send you on a wild goose chase. The greatest secret in Texas, can be found just beyond the Denton Square in front of Oak Street Draft House. Let’s give Lone Stare Greek Feta their due. Don’t be fooled by the funny name. This is world class Greek food that happens to be prepared in a food truck! Lee, Alex, Lucas, Marian, and Ashleigh serve up the best Greek food I have ever tasted. Weather you eat it there with a cold drink or take it home and give it the respect it deserves, grab a friend and a great quality white wine. You will not be disappointed. The intermittent specials are incredible. The lasagna…. Will leave you speechless wanting for more. The caprese is light and refreshing perfectly paired with house made baklava is amazing. This is gourmet food and not to be missed. Drive, bike, run or walk to Lone Star Greek Feta ASAP.

Amazing food!!! My suggestion is to eat 1000 calories Mon-Thurs and then on Friday eat at Fetas Lone Star Greek food truck if you work regular business hours. They are huge, delicious and always soft bread! Best way to experience it lol jk but seriously BEST GYRO I have ever had!!

Finally we found a great Greek food at a food truck next to Beer Bar where we sit down in cool air conditioned room with fun Halloween decor and a great tunes to chill. We will be back.
