"Hanabi Ramen is a Japanese restaurant located on West Hickory Street with an indoor dining and bar setup. The menu offers small dishes, ramen, rice dishes, drinks, and a variety of beers and house wines. Takao Ito is the chef at the restaurant. This restaurant has plenty of veggies, even tofu entrees, and the Godzilla Ramen challenge is extremely hot. Dining with a cabin setup gives this restaurant an authentic Japanese style, and an arcade gaming machine is available for the guests to entertain themselves. Spicy Seafood Ramen, Chashu is highly recommended. Hanabi Ramen serves vegan dishes to customers and has high chairs for customers' kids. They accept credit cards for the customer's bills, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Hanabi Ramen has outdoor seating.

BLUE GINGER REVIEWS

Our first time trying Blue Ginger and it was delicious!! My husband does not like onions and unfortunately does not like hibachi because there are usually onions in the rice and veggies. Here, onions do not come with the meal so he could freely eat without fear of biting into an onion piece. We had the steak hibachi and tried the Japanese sodas. Such a fun experience! Love this restaurant!!! We will be back.

This is a little embarrassing to admit, but this place is so good that me and my boyfriend aim to go here at least a once a week. The food is always so good and it’s always speedy service. They’ve never messed up our order (maybe forgot a fork or packet of sauce before but won’t count that against them!). I highly recommend dinning or ordering take out from here. The food is just too good to pass up.

We came for lunch. Place was crowded but we got a nice comfortable booth. Atmosphere, service and sushi was all very very good. The pricing is spot on. Very reasonable and great value. I highly recommend.

HANABI RAMEN REVIEWS

Went on a Sunday afternoon with friends and got seated immediately. We ordered Age Gyoza, Chicken Karaage and Shrimp shumai from small dishes and everything tasted so good, especially chicken karaage, I just loved it. Then we ordered Tokyo Tonkotsu, Kara Miso, Tan Tan Men and Chicken Teriyaki Don. We all loved what we ordered, left happy knowing that I found a good ramen place which I can visit again.

A small corner location big on atmosphere and flavor. We had a short wait on a Saturday night. Service was fast and friendly. They did a great job of keeping people moving but not feel rushed at the same time. Ramen was delicious and hit the spot on this 37 degree night.

Had a great time and the food was wonderful! Perfect amount of flavor and spice and everything was hot. Best ramen I’ve had in a while and will come back again next time we visit!

KURUME RAMEN AND IZAKAYA REVIEWS

Definitely one of the best bowls of Ramen I've ever had. Dare I say as good as a bowl from the streets of Tokyo!? The chashu was definitely more flavorful and the spicy tonkatsu ramen was delicious. Will 10/10 eat here again. Service was prompt and the re as tarrant clean and well kept.

I recently tried the Tonkotsu Ramen at Kurume Ramen, and it was fantastic! The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of creaminess, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The pork was tender and juicy, complementing the dish beautifully. The balance of flavors and textures made it one of the best Tonkotsu Ramen I've had in a while. Highly recommend it for anyone craving a satisfying bowl of ramen!

This place is incredible. Every single one of their ramens are spot on, but what's more than that is there sushi combination deals are incredible. 10/10 highly recommend.
