The truck offers authentic Mughlai flavors, and their chef, Varun (aka Keeku), uses a custom-made charcoal grill from India, so you can watch the kababs and chicken tikkas being cooked perfectly. All their food is made fresh, and starters come with onions and mint chutney. This is the only food truck with a live charcoal grill in the Bay Area. Highly recommended items include Egg Chicken Rolls, Fish Tikka, and Mutton Seekh Kabab. Keeku Da Dhaba is also great for vegetarians. They offer takeout and accept online orders. Their Mutton Seekh Kabab is made with minced goat meat, mixed with Indian spices, and grilled on a charcoal barbecue for a rich, smoky flavor.”
