The truck started when the family Grecia, Juan G., Gabby, Juan F., and Luis decided to bring a taste of home to the Pacific Northwest. They opened their first restaurant in Kent, which is still the main kitchen where they cook their special family recipes. They grew and added a second, smaller food truck for private events and gatherings, spreading their flavors all over the city. Their food combines indigenous, Spanish, and African influences, creating warm, bold, and joyful flavors, just like a Venezuelan sunset. Online orders and takeout are also available.”
