Pho Saigon Garden is such a gem. I’ve never seen any food blogger/ tiktok about it and am really surprised i haven’t because it’s so good! The owner is so sweet and he automatically split our large bowl of pho without even asking if we wanted to when i had mentioned we were going to share. If you like a more medium light body broth that’s well flavored and doesn’t hold back on the fat this place is for you. This might be the best broth we’ve had in a while for a pho spot in washington state (really surprised as a Vietnamese person) It has a very home-y taste to it. The cuts of meat were definitely thicker here which is nice if you like a bite to your meat and it’s still soft. Shrimp spring roll we also go was nice fresh and crunchy. Will definitely come back if we’re in the area.

When people talk about food that can heal the soul this is what they're talking about. Absolutely fantastic pho. The flavor is so rich, yet refreshing. I honestly could have ordered another because I left my bowl clean! It's not really local to me but I think it's worth the drive. The owner is so friendly and he runs the front by himself so be kind.

Pho here was one of the best I’ve tried. very authentic and fresh! The limes were freshly cut and very juicy also the veggies were fresh. service was great the guy that was our server was so nice. family had a great time enjoying some delicious pho. we will definitely come back again.

This is my go-to nearby Vietnamese restaurant. The broth is so flavorful and yummy. Lots of different soup options. There are always lots of families eating here and the vibe is really comforting. Great boba smoothies too! Very good food and fast service.

Fairly priced restaurant with the best Bo Kho I've ever had. My wife and our friends all enjoyed their food. Overall a very good experience.

SAIGON SOUL VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

Their Bun Bo "Hue" is good. I wouldnt call it Bun Bo Hue since it is not the authentic Hue style Bun Bo. It's more of a Saigon style Bun Bo (less paprika, onion and garlic flavor; and more lemongrass flavor). I love it. Haven't had this style of Bun Bo around here since Vietnam. Their Pho has good flavor and aroma too. Restaurant: Clean place. Easy parking. Service could be better.

Our second time dining here. The staff is polite, and they don't interrupt your meal. The atmosphere is comforting. We always split a Bahn mi and large pho. The food is delicious and the atmosphere welcoming.

One of our favorite places to eat! We will actually drive out of our way to come here. There is lots of space and the staff is really nice.
