3 Best Food Trucks in Lansing, MI

Stopped in for the first time looking for some barbecue to go, and this place is a hidden gem. The food was outstanding, they have gluten free barbecue sauce so I was super excited! We got takeout and were blown away by the ribs. They were truly fall-off-the-bone—so tender that when we picked them up, the bones came out completely clean, and all the meat stayed on the plate. The portion was huge! My husband and I shared a full rack and still had enough left over for two more meals. Our son got the brisket sandwich and loaded fries, and he was just as impressed. He enjoyed every bite and had plenty left for lunch the next day. We’ll definitely be back!.

I had a very good birthday dinner here with my family. The brisket is as tender and juicy as anything I've had when visiting Texas. The ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender and the pulled pork is similarly on point. I'm sure their dry rub is a secret recipe, and it's delicious -- I ate most of my brisket without sauce. But, they offer a selection of house-made sauces that are all good. Also, and this is important for a BBQ place, they definitely do NOT skimp on portion sizes. I wish they had a Texas hot link sausage, though.

These guys catered my wedding. They have the best smoked chicken I've ever tasted, they were polite and professional, the service was quick, and the cleanup was excellent. The price was very reasonable, especially considering that it included delivery and service. They are a delight to work with and I would recommend them for any event!.

While visiting the Lansing area I stumbled on this amazing food truck. I asked the guy in front of me if the food was worth the wait in single digit temperatures, and he said “Hell ya”! No need to wait outside, though, cuz they brought the food to my warm car. I could hardly wait to get to my hotel to dig in, but the wait was worth it. Absolutely delicious, but if you feel like you need a bit more flavor, a green sauce and a red sauce comes with the order. Thanks for a great meal!.

Gorditas! Gorditas! Gorditas! Taquero Mucho has the best Gorditas. If you haven't had one yet, you are definitely missing out. Go get one. Hands down the best food truck we have here in Lansing. The staff seems like they are always in a good mood too, which is nice.

Great food! Authentic and so good. The salsa in all of its forms was amazing! Flautas were off the charts delicious. The star was the chips though. Seems basic but these were no ordinary chips! Homemade goodness, I could eat a bag by myself! Worth a stop per week at least!.
