" Shiso Crispy has a team that focuses on using local, organic ingredients to make their gyozas by hand, even the dough. Chef Ronicca Whaley, who is classically trained, started this food truck to bring her unique flavors to the streets. From all-natural chicken in garlic butter to ground pork with ginger and chives, and even 8-hour braised short rib, every dish is worth trying. Shiso Crispy has been named “Best of the Best” by the Tampa Bay Times in 2020 and 2021, featured in The New York Times, and appeared six times on Guy’s Grocery Games. Outdoor seating and in-store pickup are also available. Their Ahi Tuna Dirty Rice features blackened yellowfin tuna, seared and sliced, and served with a honey wasabi cream.

“ The Foodtruck Company uses only fresh, local ingredients and special spices to make their food extra tasty. The truck is located at Mad Hatters Kava Bar. They arrive a few hours before opening each day to prepare everything fresh on-site, starting at 2 PM. They even hand-make their real crab meat stuffed raccoons right there. Some must-try dishes include Thai coconut-crusted prawns, vegetable spring rolls, chicken skewers, and teriyaki hibachi. They also offer vegan and gluten-free options to meet different dietary needs. Their potstickers are filled with teriyaki chicken, fried until golden and crispy, and served with sweet Thai chili sauce.”

We both got the Turkey Wings with Mac and Greens 10/10! Great serving size for the price. The Michelle Obama drink was sweeeeeeeettttt but very tasty! We got there around 6PM and they were out of corn bread to go with the meal so get there early if that’s something you like. The lady that served us was Super Sweet and Professional. Total experience 10/10 would recommend. Sorry no pic because we were too greedy lol.

10/10!!! I might be a bit late but I’m so glad they finally have a spot! It is very welcoming inside & the food is soooooo good & they give you huge portions as well. The wait wasn’t that long either even though they were packed inside. Highly recommend; they are also family owned.

Soul good! The sampler gave me some of everything and everything was absolutely amaaazing! Well seasoned, perfectly cooked, cozy atmosphere and friendly service.

This food truck is easily the best in town! The owner is an awesome person who genuinely cares about the food and the people, and the whole staff is just as great—super friendly and welcoming. The food Absolutely unreal. Every bite is packed with flavor, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Whether you’re a regular or just stopping by for the first time, you’ll leave wanting to come back. I’d recommend this place to anyone—100% worth it.

Very interesting place. Is basically a food truck with outside seating and then an inside dining area. You order at the truck and wait for the food and then seat yourself. But for what it doesn’t have in service or atmosphere is absolutely made up for by the food. This was the BBQ short rib dirty rice and was amazing.

Absolutely love this little food truck. Have been here a few times and it’s the ONLY place a can get vegan crab rangoon. The service is fantastic too, Mike and KK are the best. Would recommend 10/10.

Elliot’s service was amazing! He was so pleasant and made sure my friends and I had a great experience. This was our first time trying it tonight, and it was a 100/10! The chicken and shrimp were packed with so much flavor, and the yum yum sauce really topped it off. The food stayed fresh and hot, it so wonderful that we had went back to grab some for our moms! The menu was detailed and straightforward. As someone who loves food, I give it a solid 1000. I highly recommend you go there NOW.

Wow! I ordered the chicken hibachi and it literally beats any sit down hibachi Iv ever had. The apple pie egg roll was absolute fire too, great service too. I’m going back tomorrow. 10/10 definitely try.

Amazing food, staff is always super friendly. I stop here every time I'm in the area 10/10 recommend.
