Big B's Beef Truck

Ok, I’’m an old Italian from Chicago and usually laugh whenever I try “Chicago Style” when I’m traveling…but I always try. Well, visited them over Christmas break and these guys know what they’ve doing! Good, tender beef, soft bread, hot giardiniera. Not sure where they source their stuff out here in Wichita but damn it’s good. My side item is always a hot dog (I don’t do french fries). Again, the hotdog was a winner.

Easily, the best food truck in town! The Italian Beef has an incredible amount of beef with a delicious flavor! I would love to recommend their other sandwiches, but I can’t get past the Italian Beef! I did try the cheese fries recently. They did not disappoint - completely addictive!

Everything was great actually talked to the table next to ours and they are from Chicago said its just like home. Will return.
