YOKOHAMA RAMEN JOINT REVIEWS

Place is somewhat small, but the food was absolutely great. Ordered the black garlic tonkatsu ramen and the 10 hour curry with pork katsu. The ramen was really solid, and I absolutely LOVED the dried/crunchy garlic slices (they really elevated the broth). The 10 hour curry though was surprisingly the star of my meal there. You get a hearty portion, the katsu was fried to perfection. And then there’s the curry sauce, the perfect balance between sweet and savory that was fantastic to the last bite! Will definitely come back again when I’m in Wichita!.

Singularly one of the best places to eat in Wichita- regardless of your taste, they have something for everyone! Don’t miss out on the opportunity to give your taste buds the delight of their lives’. I have never, and I mean NEVER had such impeccably amazing service throughout the entirety of a customer-restaurant relationship. This is a diamond in the rough. Parking is always a fun adventure in this area of downtown/Delano, but it’s well worth the walk… and you will need the exercise. A little food here goes a long way.

Yokohama Ramen is a fantastic spot for a comforting, flavorful meal! The broth is rich and delicious, the noodles have the perfect texture, and the toppings are fresh and well-balanced. The service is friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re a ramen enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this place won’t disappoint. Definitely one of my go-to spots in Wichita.

We had an exceptional experience! Our chef Derek was the best! He was so upbeat and talented. He interacted with our kids so well! The food was on point with flavor and plentiful! My 3yr old enjoyed it so much he automatically started to pretend to be a chef at his seat and is still talking about it the next day! 11/10 would recommend! Make sure to reserve your seat a day bf bc it is super busy! (Weekend visit).

Our reservation ran almost 30 minutes behind. It was prom weekend so I wasn't too irritated but we did have reservations for a birthday and had an 18 month old with us so we started running out of time due to the impatience of a baby. We know his schedule well and that's why we planned our timing. The food was beyond excellent, service was great and kept fun and light.

The cook was hilarious and a great cook. My friends and I had a great time. It is a very busy restaurant on a Saturday night so make sure you make a reservation.

SAKURA JAPANESE CUISINE REVIEWS

The staff was amazing! They were on top of everything, from topping my drink off at half full and coming by to help me decide what to get based on what I’ve tried, wanted to try, and my tastes. They gave great recommendations for what to try and made everything fresh which was evident in the taste. The food was delicious, I had the kimchi ramen and the spicy combo maki. The ramen was spicy and had a rich flavor. I really liked the egg and the pork belly which just melted in my mouth! The maki was great also, they used quality ingredients and I watched him make it right in front of me.

Seriously the best ramen in Wichita. Always craving the same spicy tonkotsu miso. Make sure to not come too hungry as the wait takes a bit since it is only the owners working! A regular here and she remembers my order, she’s the sweetest.

I travel all over the US and Sakura remains to be my favorite place for sushi! The owners are very attentive and will always make sure something beautiful, fresh and tasty is put down in front of you. The restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
