Chef and Co-Owner R.O.B. run this truck. The truck offers a mix of global and American dishes with a unique twist. Their food reflects their love for global and American flavors and passion for putting a unique spin on every dish they create. Their menu changes every couple of months to keep things fresh and seasonal. You can enjoy their food at the truck, take it to go, or have it catered for events. If each guest pays for their own meal, the group must spend at least $650 plus tax for lunch (Monday to Friday) or $800 plus tax for dinner on Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Came in with my Gym bro for a post workout meal. Let us in early since we were there earlier than planned. The owner (assuming) even gave us a free entree after forgetting to charge for an item. The food was delicious and my Salmon was perfectly cooked! 10/10 customer service and 10/10 food. We already go here but had to leave a review after this amazing experience.

Excellent place for a quick and delicious lunch or dinner. The Huli Huli Chicken is tender, savory, and melts in your mouth. The Mac salad is unique and so good.

Awesome!!! Amazing tuna,The freshest and best tasting fish I’ve ever had in Wichita. 10/10 support your local restaurant.

BIG B'S BEEF TRUCK REVIEWS

These people are pretty awesome pretty amazing and their food is damn good. I have been trying to catch them when I came to Wichita from out of state a few times finally got the chance to connect very good. Customer service, very polite and the beef and sausage combo that I got was the best in the area. It was so good that I came back the next day and got another one and she was so sweet that she gave me two for one. I will definitely be back to big B’s (Brian) Who is also super cool. We chatted for a while. Their spot is going to be pretty cool when they’re done with it.

I ordered the BOB - Best of Both Worlds. The Italian Sandwich with all the fixing and the dipping was juicy and very flavorful. Chicago Dog & Garlic Fries where spot on as well! Solid 10/10.

Awesome Chicago style dogs and beef. Fries are tasty too. Their sauerkraut/Apollo Fermentations collab is great.

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time coupled with the best fries I've ever had! They live up to their claim of being the best food truck in Wichita.

Had a great experience with The Flying Stove at an event with about 60 people. Jeff was easy to communicate with and the food was excellent! Highly recommend.

Seriously... SO SO good. Will eat here anytime I can.
