The Blue Moose Food Truck is absolutely fabulous, cannot stress this enough. The people were a dream to work with from start to finish, they made things so simple for us and in the end we had GREAT food with minimal work on our part and zero clean up!
My office used the Moose Truck for our employee appreciation lunch. I had Mahi fish tacos. They were so delicious! I wanted another order of them. The truck staff were very friendly and efficient too. I heard they go to First Fridays, I will have to keep a lookout.
