Our guests were treated to the BEST food possible at our daughter's wedding in December at White Iron Ridge. EVERYthing about Plaza Catering was exceptional. The food was above and beyond expectations, and the service was even better, if that's possible. It was an absolute delight to work with manager Rolf, who must be the nicest, most genuine human on the planet. I can't recommend this caterer enough. Oh, and now that we are personally addicted to Plaza Catering's chicken spiedini, we will be back for plenty more.

We used Plaza Catering for our daughters wedding and can’t even begin to describe how perfect everything was! The passed appetizers were amazing and the food to follow was Delicious! All of our guests raved at how wonderful the food was!! Rolfe was a delight to work with and made the planning process worry and stress free.

We used them for our wedding a few years ago and they were incredible. Everyone raved about the food which is normally unheard of for wedding for buffet style. The quality and value you get from Plaza Catering is off the charts.

Shining Stars catered my wedding in Kansas City in March. I can't say enough great things about Deb and her team! She spent time with us to really understand what we wanted. I LOVE the fact that china was included in the price of our catering. I chose the mismatched vintage plates and everything looked absolutely stunning at the reception. We went to several tastings and all of the food was always amazing. Our wedding day menu was no exception and we received many compliments about our food. I highly recommend hiring Shining Stars for your wedding or special event.

Shining Stars handled the catering for daughter's wedding reception. Everything was absolutely amazing!!!!! The food was delicious, the staff was courteous and attentive to our needs and the setup was beautiful. I can't say enough about what a beautiful job this caterer did for us. Marvin and Deb are fantastic.

Shining Stars is all about making your day PERFECT! From the first consult I knew that every detail was going to be planned and executed with precision. Deb, and her team make an event easy and worry free, and of course, the food is on point! Definitely recommending anyone to use them.

INFINITE CATERING REVIEWS

Fantastic experience with Infinite Catering this weekend for our wedding! We chose the one entree buffet with baked chicken, but Coleen was very accommodating fitting a few meals for dietary restrictions (vegetarian and vegan) into the menu for little to no extra cost. They arrived on time as scheduled for our wedding and were SO friendly! We felt they were just as excited for our wedding day as we were! The food tasted great and the service was exceptional. Coleen was so kind and offered to bring us drinks over to our table at the beginning of dinner. When it was time for the cake cutting, she was right there and ready to help get the cake cut, served, and boxed up the top of our cake to save. We would definitely recommend Infinite Catering if you want great tasting food and people who are genuinely invested in making your event feel special.

We wanted an easy, transparent caterer for our wedding and Coleen and Infinite delivered! Our venue looked beautiful, the food (and leftovers) tasted great, and our details and specific requests were all met thanks to Infinite. We loved that the invoice was workable to our requests and that everything was considered up front instead of surprise costs and fees that other wedding caterers sneak in. At a great price too for the value we received. Highly recommend.

The food and the service were both great! My husband had the biscuit & gravy with homemade sausages. He said it was seasoned well and one of the best biscuit and gravy he had in the long time. My breakfast croissant sandwich was fresh and came with a side of fruit. Nice touch! The owner came to ask how everything was. Very friendly, locally operated cafe. Would definitely come back again.
