My daughter and I were immediately greeted with a warm smile and hand shakes from Jimmy! He and his team were all professional and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered and they worked with me due to my schedule, to ensure I received the best customer service. My daughter enjoyed our visit to the Abilene store so much that she didn’t want to leave, lol! Chris was the guy on the computer and the phone every step of the way. He was also amazing! I’m only allowed to give 5 stars but my daughter disagrees, she’d like to give the folks at the Abilene store 100 STARS! Thank you both for your time and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

I am only giving 5 stars because of RIOS excellent customer care. Rios goes above & beyond to help her customers get answers to their questions. The Abilene store itself could & should take notes from Rios. Once the sale was made in the store they no longer care. But Rios has been a blessing! Team RIOS!

Our salesperson Rios was superb. We keep coming back because of the honesty and excellent customer service we experienced. She will be bend over backward to make sure her customers ate taken care of. Highly recommend! We will be back!
