My husband and I are not “first-timers” at a furniture store. We were somewhat expecting a high-pressure salesperson to make the experience unpleasant. We were pleasantly surprised to meet Chris and Rob who helped us without pressure, providing helpful information and insight into the options available. They did a great job!!

I first talked to Ryan Stocker on the phone about bedroom furniture- I knew what I wanted and he took the time to look around the floor to see what they had that fit my parameters. He gave me the names of the collections and I was then able to look online. When I went to the store two days later (I knew he’d be working) he showed me another set that was closer to the style I wanted and he worked it out so I got a great price, too! I appreciated Ryan’s easy but service-oriented attitude which is the reason i specifically wanted him to assist me. Thank you so much!

We went to the store after looking online to get an idea of what we wanted, to see it in person and order it. We were greeted by Nick and worked with him through the purchasing process. He gave us great insight based on our family and what we were looking for, was very patient, and pleasant to work with. This was our first time shopping at Ashley and my husband and I were very happy with the experience. We definitely plan to return in the future!
