We were so impressed with Martin's service (sales portion). He was professional and friendly, demonstrated a deep understanding of the product, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. We especially appreciated his patience as we took the time to make our decision. He worked diligently to ensure we found the perfect fit within our budget. We highly recommend Martin.

We were very pleased with our initial visit with Kyle at Champion! He explained and demonstrated the history and construction of the windows and showed how they can save us energy costs in the future. Very nice and professional to work with.

Marty was our representative who guided us through our decision on a screen sunporch. Marty was knowledgeable and professional in the presentation. The material quality and the warranty backed by a 73 year old national company is the main reason we are having Champion doing our project.

WEST SHORE HOME REVIEWS

The installation crew from WestShore did an incredible job. Crew Lead Michael S. and Zane A. arrived promptly and early in the arrival window. Michael went over the details of the job and answered some questions. Zane was bringing in tools needed and both worked together to get our shower done. They cleaned up after the job was finished. Michael and Zane were very courteous and respectful. I was invited in to work area periodically to see progress. I would gladly have these two back for additional work in our home.

The front door was installed by a very competent and professional team who had to first demolish the old 1970's construction. Took them 6 hours and a lot of careful sawing around a 12 inch oak threshold. We like everything about the door but we are not sure that the frost pattern we choose was the right one.

Troy, William and Cameron just replaced the doors to my grandparent's home and they look amazing! My grandparents are pleased with how everything turned out as well as the great service! Thanks guys and West Shore Home! We would recommend you to anyone in need of home repairs/improvements.

Don did a great job at my original appointment for measuring and going over the product very low pressure and knowledge easy to work with. Tyler and Charlie did a great job on install quick and easy and very professional. Will recommend to others look forward to having them back to do the rest of the windows.

Everything about my experience of replacing the front entry door was excellent! Enjoyed learning the process from Don. From communication and timing to installation, Dustin and Austin were professional and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend.

Tyler and his team did an excellent job. Tyler called ahead of comimg to my home informing me the job would take seven hours to complete. He also advised his ETA prior to reporting onsite. The entire team was kind and very helpful. They were knowledgeable. I am very appreciative of Tyler and his team.
