We had a great experience with buying our new couch with Ashley furniture! By far the best customer service, we worked with Skylar S. He did a great job explaining our options and had tons of patience with when we wanted to shop around before returning to Ashley furniture, we did go to other stores first to make sure they we found what worked for our home, and Skylar was awesome about the entire experience, make it super easy! I've been known to walk out of stores as soon as there's a hint of sales pressure. We had a wonderful experience with John. I would call him an advisor as opposed to a salesman. Absolutely no pressure and he helped us reach the best decisions for our furniture needs. Our order arrived when promised to our house. Highly recommend.
