I cannot say enough good things about One Midtown Apartment Homes! The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. I had the pleasure of speaking with Bethany, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place for a family member to live. Her warmth and expertise made the entire process so much easier, and I left feeling confident that this was the place for her. Highly recommend these Apartment homes for anyone seeking a compassionate and supportive environment.

LOVE! I took a tour recently with Bethany from the leasing office. She was super sweet and took her time showing me why the property is so great! Her enthusiasm for where she works is authentic and everyone in the office seemed very professional and overall happy! (That is a huge green flag for me) Anyway... go tour this property, the online pics don't do it justice! The amenities are amazing and really make this community feel luxurious. Also... I missed this on the website... SMOKE FREE facility (on the entire property)!!.

This is my boyfriend and I’s second time moving back into One Midtown! The staff is truly amazing, they are super helpful and understanding. Karen and John in the front office are fantastic, and Ryan is the best maintenance guy!! Very responsive, polite and outgoing!.

Since my move in I have had nothing short of a great experience . Everyone involved in administration & maintenance have gone above and beyond to help out when it was needed. I appreciate their prompt responses to anything I have needed during my stay here. Jennifer & Mallory are a huge asset to this complex as far as making the process as easy as possible, answering any questions when I call, and always being polite. I do not know the name of the maintenance men that helped me out a few times they are wonderful. They are very efficient in their work and respectful. I submitted a ticket for a non urgent matter and they were at my door that very next morning. I was surprised to see them because they were so fast at responding! I believe in giving credit when it is due to people who work hard and take pride in their work. Thank you to all the staff at Forest Hills. You are greatly appreciated.

All of the staff here are incredible. Mallorie has been exceptional in meeting all of my requests regarding information about Forest Hills and what my lease would include. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I am informed and comfortable throughout my moving process. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new place!.

Maintenance and office employees are super friendly and work really hard to complete our work orders on time. We love the size and floor plan of our apartment and really enjoy the Amazon hub lockers and other amenities offered. Definitely recommend!.

My first experience living at an apartment complex where I had 0 issues with the office or apartment throughout my entire 14 month lease! Tandy and Pablo in the office were always more than happy to help me in any way, answer any questions, and maintenance was speedy and respectful every time. Truly living here was such a stressless experience and I would 100% move back to this complex if I were to ever move back to Wilmington.

St. Andrews Reserve provides a beautiful and clean living community. They encourage camaraderie with the many social events throughout the year. The apartments are well kept and the management stays on top of renovations and improving our facilities and grounds, really making it feel like home when you pull into the development. I’ve loved living here this past year and do not see myself anywhere other than St. Andrews Reserve for a while.

We love our little community! And the staff is amazing. The true heroes: maintenance that fixes the A/C an hour after you put in a request!.
