I ordered two bedroom sets online with ease and a sectional for my new apartment in person. Aisha and Tyler were great sales reps. I didn't feel uncomfortable, I felt valued and I was determined to make a purchase yesterday. I'm happy with the service and thank Aisha for her interior decorating vision.
I was very happy that Sergio was the sales person I brought my bed with last year, & was able to buy sofa/ sleeper this year. He was very attentive to my needs for what I was looking for & the budget I had. he showed me around until I found the one I liked. I am very happy with the service & the purchase. From the moment we stepped into Bobs, we were greeted and assisted. Steven was our salesman and he was absolutely wonderful! He helped us choose the right couch that would work for our small living space. We are definitely going to recommend this location and well as shop here for ourselves again!
