As a local business also in Elizabeth, watching the construction of this building and the subsequent community that has been developed because of it has been nothing less than astonishing. While touring we were blown away by the amount and quality of the amenities! Not to forget how cute and spacious the apartments are! Another huge addition to the community, located right across from the train station is the SVK Food Hall and the Vintage City Offices (which are both located on the ground floor of Vinty). Thank you to everyone who helped transform an open lot in our beloved city, into a thriving community and a beautiful building!!

I love my apartment. The tenants and their guess is another thing. No one follows the guess rules around the amenities. The tenants guess do not respect the property. This is a smoke-free property, but it doesn't feel that way. I have a balcony, and when others are smoking, I have to close the door and windows. We all sign a lease, so we should respect the rules. The one habit that many tenants practice is to open the garage to let others into the parking lot. I really think that more needs to be done on that because why should I pay for my parking spot while others gets in free. The pool needs adult hrs like from 6 to 8pm. I cannot enjoy the pool with the constant yelling of marco pollo and no adult supervision for the children.

Grate place to live in even better place to work. They have all commodities gym, grate big spa huge ingrown pool. They even have restaurants and bars on premises and lots more. Very grateful very beautiful

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize Joe part of the maintenance team here at 321 SouthBroad St. I’ve had the pleasure to receive my apt brand new and a resident going on 8 yrs. I haven’t had any major maintenance needs but when I do have a problem I know who to talk to (Joe). Joe is part of the maintenance team here at Centurion. When I call or text he responds almost immediately and the problem gets resolved efficiently. What I appreciate the most is Joe is very visible. Thanks to Joe and the rest of the staff here at Centurian I truly enjoy my apartment and living at this property.

Today was a bittersweet moment, I relocated to Elizabeth NJ in May of 2022 and needed a place to live. My husband wasn’t comfortable with me living in New Jersey. However, Centurion @ 321 South Broad Street was my home away from home, safe, secure, clean, quiet and awesome response time by Property Manager Veronica Strain and her team ( Building Superintendent & maintenance team) when needed. I recommend this apartment complex to everyone who needs a great place to live.

We have lived here for almost 3 years and absolutely loved it. Quiet, respectful neighbors, and always clean. Veronica the property manager is awesome and definitely went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. Joe from maintenance is great and was always available if we needed assistance.

I and my husband have lived here coming up on 5 years this August we love our newly up dated apt we have a beautiful view from our balcony you can see all the sky line & a great view on the 4th of July all the fire works! The office manager Yvonne has been very helpful when we had concerns she handled them quickly & professionally. The up grade of the laundry room is something we all are enjoying & the new gym was an added bonus for us. Also I'm very glad for the securty cameras inside & out side of the building it makes me feel safer when coming home at night.

Rebecca made the whole process so much easier and better . She is very helpful and patient. I appreciate All her efforts in helping us and welcoming us to our new apartment. I strongly recommend Hayes House because the apartments are beautiful and well kept . The office personnel and maintenance people are very helpful.

Great place nice view the gym is nice n the staff is excellent Yvonne from the office is very professional and very helpful.
