3 Best Hotels in Elizabeth, NJ

Booked a day room here last week during a 10 hour layover at Newark airport. The room was clean and spacious, though it was a bit dated. The bar/restaurant was exceptional we ordered food to take back to our room and the bartender and staff were friendly and helpful. Finally, we enjoyed the value of the room and the free transportation to Newark which dropped you off directly at the terminal. Overall, we’d happily stay here again for an overnight stay or a day stay if we had a flight from EWR.

Honestly loved it a lot, comfortable and quiet. Not packed tight to the brim like New York hotels, I think I'll come back here if ever visiting. Just keep in mind, you will be navigating public transportation or taking expensive Ubers to the core, but to get peace of mind that may be worth it to you. This place was a true 4 star experience, great service, friendly staff and I really loved the barista she had a great personality and hooked me up with delicious tea, thank you Hilton Newark for making my trip comfortable.

Normally at a hotel there is always something wrong but I had no issues here. It is right next to the airport so it makes getting there really easy. They do 7 days free parking and then if you stay at the hotel it is $10 per day which is a great deal especially to have a safe place to keep your car. The staff was nice, the hotel was easy to find and the room was reasonably priced. Overall I would stay here again. They had a pretty okay gym. Super hot water and good pressure.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience. I didn’t stay at the hotel. However, I walked around. Very elegant. I will stay in the future while flying out. I parked there for my travels out of Newark Liberty International AirPort! They run shuttles every half hour. Hotel personnel very nice and helpful. Departing from airport must get to P4 parking area for all shuttle passengers pickup. Ask at airport for clear directions.

My go to for hotel stays at Newark Airport. Lovely and friendly staff that actually value loyalty, and give courtesy perks such as an hour or so early checkin. Shuttle on time. Gym is huge and amazing. Highly recommend.
