We had renewal by Anderson replace a large window in our living room and it came great! We had pleasant experience from start to finish. Brian, our sales specialist came to our home and guided us on the process and choosing the best window at a decent price. The day of installation, Jose M. and his crew came and prepped our living room my covering our furniture and flooring. They were very professional and did a great job with installation. The job took half a day and when Jose and his crew finished, they cleaned up the job site well. Overall my husband and I are happy with how are new window looked.

I am overly impressed with the quality of the windows and doors installed and with the high level of professionalism and skills of the staff and crew. I plan on having them back next year for additional work. Count me as a very satisfied customer. Picture below of large window array appears wavy due to camera processing. I also had some large sliding doors installed and they operate as smooth as butter. The windows are so clear that it is as if there is no glass there (despite their multiwindow layered composition).

It was a great experience with Renewal by Andersen They came in time and finished in time , he did a wonderful job in installing whole new door in my patio, everything was up to expectations. I am so happy with his job. nothing left behind, everything was cleaned once they done. I would really recommend them.

Excellent quality, service, and communication. Andrew walked us through thoroughly in deciding which windows would suit our building the best while staying within our budget. He was very honest and upfront about scheduling, working requirements, pricing, and payments. He and his employees were very respectful to us and were able to work around our requirements and schedule whilst delivering exceptional work. Andrew was also always available to contact throughout the entirety of the job in case we had any questions. Royal Prime stayed true to their estimate and was able to work with us on any modifications we needed along the way. We would gladly work with them again for any future window projects we need.

Cila was great at making the process smooth. Even with the scratch in the glass she had the piece replaced within a week. We would use them again for any future windows. Though there was a small dent on the edge, she told us not to be alarmed as it is hidden once installed. No refund on custom size windows.

Andy and his team go above and beyond. He gave me a great price to replace my bay window and explained everything. His installers are personable and do great work. Highly recommend.

Amazing Experience with Leal Glass, I had my basement bathroom renovated at my new home and we decided to do a glass shower, the space was tight and it needed custom work however they were able to make it happen. From Leslie at the front desk keeping us up to date with time frame of ordering and installation to Felix and his team professionalism and cleanliness with their work. I am very happy with my new bathroom and I would highly recommend Leal glass to all my friends and family.

Happy that leal glass and mirror fixed my favorite floor mirror. It was very hard to find someone who can fix my mirror. It looks amazing thank you and folk is very sweet and friendly and reasonable prices. Grateful found them for future glass and mirror services.

My experience with Leal Glass & Mirror was a great one! I dealt personally with Felix who was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. Within a week, they were able to come take a sketch and have it delivered for our table. We are very pleased with the final product and highly recommend!
