This place is hands down the best ! I walked in, the sales man showed me many different bed sets which is why I went there in the first place and he didn’t pressure me to buy anything I didn’t want. Jose was great and so was Steve who threw in a free queen mattress protector for just purchasing my bed set. The quality of the product is really good. I got my delivery the next day with my preferred time since I work a lot. They even showed up early that’s how eager they were to get me my product. They delivered into the room of my choice and even set everything up for me. I would definitely come back to purchase more furniture when it’s time to upgrade my living room. Thank you guys for providing great service on time & very genuine !

Really happy with the service and furniture I purchased at the Waterbury Furniture Factory Outlet. I needed a twin over full bunk bed for my grandkids, quickly. I loved the furniture there. There was a lot of nice quality items. I purchased a King size bedroom and living room both are beautiful. Also got a love seat for my family room. Steve was great. Will def buy again!!
