Was greeted as I walked in the store and when I needed to purchase a furniture item the salesperson Cam got to work. He immediately ordered my two items, set the delivery date, offered various options and packages and completed the transaction within minutes. I have purchased many furniture items from Jerome’s and find their selection great, quality items almost always in stock, in-store for viewing and all salespeople helpful. Their online portal is also top notch. Keep up the great work Jerome’s.

Richard was great. We hate going into furniture places for the simple fact that we feel we are being followed and hounded by the sakes person. Richard introduced himself right away and reflected the fact we were just “looking.” He rounded back about 15 minutes later asking if we had any questions. Answered all our questions, we had to run back home to check sizing and color… overall we didn’t feel pressured, we didn’t feel we were being followed.. ending up buying a couch because he made our experience enjoyable.

Great experience. First time buyer but would return again. Kristal was extremely patient in showing me the options and letting me make the final decision without any pressure. I feel I purchased a quality product based on good information. Highly recommend this family owned business.
