I would like to express my gratitude to Denise, Jessica, Patrick, and the entire team for their exceptional service. Denise demonstrated utmost professionalism during our initial phone conversation when I brought my car to the shop. Jessica provided reassurance and instilled confidence that my vehicle was in capable hands. Upon arriving at the shop, I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt at ease. Patrick and Jessica consistently provided prompt updates regarding the progress of my car repairs. On Tuesday, Patrick informed me that my car would be ready by the following Monday and assured me that he would make every effort to expedite the process. Subsequently, I received a call from Denise on Thursday informing me that my car was ready for collection. The entire process upon my arrival at the shop was swift and efficient, taking only 15 minutes. To my astonishment, I found that my car had been meticulously detailed, reflecting the attention to detail and dedication of the team. For those seeking a reliable and cost-effective body shop, I highly recommend this establishment. Once again, I extend my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided.

We had such an amazing experience with Fix Auto!! Being in a wreck is usually such a hassle and very stressful however the customer experience we received from Alex and the production crew that worked on our car made it easy, fast, and friendly. We highly recommend their services, they did a detail cleaning afterwards, making sure my alignment was right and my car looks gorgeous!! They were also able to fix an area on my bumper that we paid separately for and I can’t believe it’s the same bumper!! These guys are really good at what they do and they take lots of pics to show you the before and after!! Thanks again Alex and the the production crew who worked on the car you guys took great care of us.

I stopped by to get a quote for buffing out a paint transfer/scratches on my bumper and Art helped me greatly! He removed the paint markings with acetone and even had the scratches buffed out free of charge since it was a minor job. I was stunned! This is how you run a good business. Any time I ever need body work done in the future, you bet I’ll be coming back here to an honest and generous business! Thank you Fix Auto Corona.

There is no reason to "shop" around for auto accident repair shop. The facility is clean, the staff is professional and they deliver what they say they are going to do. Rene at the recetion went out of her way to get the info she needed to start the estimate and Carlos the manager kept me in the loop throughout the repair. Thank you Seidners for getting our vehical back in time to hail our gradkids around for thier California Christmas vacation.
