Considering whether to move in here or not.. I moved here about three weeks ago and wanted to give it time before I wrote a review. I listed myself into future resident program they offer and was able to get a unit before it was listed on their website. Dulce was very knowledgeable, polite, and patient with me since I had to do multiple tours to decide what I really liked. She guide me with every step and was easy to move in. Wanted to address multiple concerns tenants had left here in their reviews. Dumpsters: to address previous concerns, dumpsters are locked and only accessible with a code, this helps with outsiders from dumpster diving. Hallways: because of issues with people taking out trash and leaking throughout the hallways, trash service is provided to be picked up every night outside your door. There was another issue with no maintenance on the weekend and common areas being trashed. After bbq areas being packed on a Saturday and trash bins full to the top, on Sunday these trash bins were emptied. As far as parking, I only have one car and I sign in visitors spending the night through a website. Not sure how it works when theirs multiple cars in the lease. Management has been addressing issues brought to their attention by tenants. I can say so far I love it here, best part are the high ceilings.

I had a fantastic experience working with Ana during my apartment search. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and matched me with the perfect unit that met all my needs. Throughout the leasing process, Ana was always available to answer questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. Their communication was clear and timely, and they went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Just wanna thank you and your team for providing the help and guidance that was needed.

I had a good experience working with Ana. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. She helped me find the perfect unit to my liking. From the first tour to signing the lease. Didn’t even have to second guess if I wanted to move In but thanks for helping me choose my new home.

I recently moved into my new townhouse, and I couldn't be happier with both the home itself and the exceptional service from the entire property management team. From the beginning, the leasing process went smoothly and they were able to re assure and answer any and all questions my wife and I had, and there were a lot. The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and eager to assist, making this transition seamless. As for the unit itself, it was everything we hoped for, spacious and beautifully maintained. We are new to the community but so far it is as equally impressive- quiet, well-kept, and welcoming. We feel safe, comfortable and excited to call this place home. A huge thank you to Kim, Michael, Dyeshia and Paola for making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend promenade Terrace to anyone looking for a top-tier rental experience.

My boyfriend and I just moved into our new 3 bedroom townhouse. We are more than loving it and picture ourselves living here for multiple years to come! Staff is always helpful, although very busy. Please allow grace as you are not the only one experiencing issues! Shout out to Kim, Dyieshia, and Raymond. All three have been extremely helpful, accommodating, patient, and kind. The units are massive and honestly seeing multiple floor plans you cannot go wrong with any of them. The grounds are well kept and neighbors are friendly and helpful as well. We'd give Prominade Terrace 100 stars if we could.

Brody is so great and so helpful. He ensured that he stayed so we can check out our apartment, get our application in and get into a place. Been renting forever but every experience is nerve racking. Brody made sure to bring ease.

Just had Chris come and do the Semi-Annual Inspections last week. He was nice and super friendly, got everything done perfectly. We truly appreciated that he respected our house rules. The whole staff is awesome! Everly is so helpful and always there if need anything. You can definitely count on her. Especially before we moving in she helped us out a lot, it was more complicated since we were out-of-state. Ashley, Patrick, Robert and everyone thank you all for your hard work! So looks like we’re gonna be “stuck” here for awhile LOL..

This apartment complex was very good to my family and me for the short stay! The office staff and maintenance engineers were amazing and always on time, specifically Patrick! He was always so friendly and helpful! Everly was amazing too always answering any questions and always had answers! I would recommend this apartment complex to family and friends! Thank you for the year stay!.

We have lived her for 4 going on 5 years now and have always had a good relationship with the staff. Patrick has been such an incredible help with anything in our home that needs repair. He is very fast, friendly, and knows his stuff. We have never had an issue. I can always count on him to go the extra mile to help our family feel safe and keep our place in working order!..
