Harvey's Total Tech shop is great. I needed a repair which took several days and they gave me a loaner to drive around. When I showed up in the morning I noticed the owner taking out the office trash. That's how a business is ran...the owner is still getting his hands dirty.. loved it. Terry is a godsend! At the last minute, he performed a pre-purchase inspection on a Mercedes and exceeded all expectations. He was prompt, thorough, and communicated effectively throughout the process. He provided detailed photos and videos, saving me from a potential headache. A true gem in the auto world! Highly recommend.

Very happy with the service that we received at Precision Import Auto Repair. This is the second time we have used this shop and they are always straight forward with the work needed and the cost of repairs. They are also veteran friendly which is an important extra in my book.

Excellent service and quick turnaround on a water pump leak. Michael also pointed out a safety issue that I had not noticed with air in my brake lines that needed to be addressed. I'll be a returning customer.

Very comfortable environment, nice people running shop. They took my truck right in around lunch time, and they finished by 4:30, and did a fine job. The price was very fair, and they gave me a proposal to get work done in the near future, and the price is more than fair. (Less than half of Dealer proposal for same scope of work!)I have a good feeling and believe they are a fair and honest business.

New to the area and have a young child so was a little intimidated to drop my car off some where new but they were amazing! Alex and his colleagues were so kind. They even offered to help me with the car seat out of my car and into the uber! Yes they offered a uber back home too! Thanks again, would definitely recommend to a friend or another mom in the area!.
