I purchased a recliner at the Lazy Boy store in Oxnard, CA, and had a very pleasant experience. My sales associate, Karine Orellana, informed me up front that she was still in training, but she would personally ensure my satisfaction and she did just that. She had me from GO with a firm hand shake and unwavering confidence. When she needed minimal assistance, she introduced me to her manager who helped out immediately. The crew at this store all worked as a team to focus on my customer experience. I know I will enjoy the product I purchased, but I'm blown away by the staff, starting and ending with Karine.
