We’ve been working with Arjays since we did a home renovation several years ago. They helped us decide whether to get motorized shades (yes) and whether to build in wiring or get rechargeable ones (either works well). When the time came to choose a style and install them, they worked us into their schedule so we could get them promptly and installed and programmed them with the highest level of perfectionism. They got us an app and programmed it so we could control the shades and manage their schedule from our phones. Best of all—we’ve had a couple of minor issues with charging and they raced out to fix it for us right away, no charge. We could not be happier with these products or Arjays as a stellar business.

The explanation and description of the items and services she provided was very thorough and easy to understand. Her talent as a designer really helped me to make the best choices that I would be happy with once everything was completed. The installation also went smoothly. Both of the installers (Everette and Marco) were very friendly and helpful, and finished the process in a very timely fashion. I will use this company again for my window treatments in the future.

There is attention to detail in measurements and fabrication that resulted in a perfect experience for me. The installers, Everett and Marco, are masterful in their craft.
