Samantha was fantastic to work with professional, attentive, and always going above and beyond to ensure residents felt at home. She’s top-notch in every way! Carlos in maintenance is another standout hardworking, friendly, and always quick to address any issues with a smile. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and his dedication makes a real difference in the community. If you’re looking for a place with a great team and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend Mosaic Apartments!

I’ve lived at Mosaic for almost a year and have been very pleased with my experience so far! The amenities are great, I feel very safe, and it’s a lovely location. One of the best parts of Mosaic though is the people that work here. That’s what usually makes or breaks a place. If I make a maintenance request, it is always handled speedily and done right. All of the maintenance guys have been very nice and always respectful to me, my home, and my pets. I’ve lived in bad apartments before, and let me tell you this is not one of them. The gals in the office are sweetie pies, especially Samantha!! I’m not lying when I say she’s one of the main reasons we moved in to Mosaic. Samantha goes above and beyond to offer amazing service to the tenants that live here. I mean, how rare is it to be on a first name basis with your leasing agent? She really cares about the people who live here and it shows.

I am a recent former resident of Mosaic Apartments. I would recommend choosing Mosaic to live at, it is clean, quiet and has great amenities. Maintenance staff was always prompt if issues came up. Office staff was decent, but I would like to shout out Samantha who was always fantastic . She is the one who helped me from start to finish. Very friendly lady during my tour and I felt comfortable going to her with a couple of complaints over the year. I appreciated the bubbly greeting if we ran into each other and her showing her real investment in the residents by remembering the small things and checking in with me. Thank you for everything Mosaic.

Carla - was very gracious and kind when touring The property, It was clear to see that she is well liked by the residents and it truly did feel like a community, which is kind of one of the things that my husband and I look for in our next home, we are just waiting for the time to come around before we actually make our move, but this is definitely one of our top choices. I love all the great Resident events that are done, especially moving into the area. It would be great to connect with other people.

Carla is the best! I have a friend that lives here and she is very welcoming, she always joins in with the hello’s of her coworkers and you always see her come out of her office to feed the pets that live here.

Best staff ever! Stacy and Carla are just some of the most dedicated, sweet, and welcoming people I’ve ever met. Going into the leasing office is a pleasant experience EVERY TIME, there’s always snacks, a clean environment, and kindness!
