I can’t say enough good things about Lazy Boy. I ordered several pieces of furniture for my living room and I couldn’t be happier! The furniture is beautiful and well made. Service was impeccable! Chris kept me updated on expected delivery dates and Lori the interior designer was extremely helpful in creating a beautiful and functional living space. I appreciated her input in selecting fabrics and matching accessories. I noticed a small chip in the coffee table a few days after the furniture was delivered and Chris ordered me a replacement. Service was impeccable and quality is outstanding!

Cathy was outstanding. She asked questions to make the most of our time in the store. She was patient, offered options, introduced us to Kelly who can help us pull together designs for rooms. Cathy was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I loved working with Cathy. I know I am going to love my rooms thanks to Cathy!

We had a wonderful experience at La-Z-boy! We just moved to the area and wanted a new look. We tried many colors and styles. Monte and Jill were patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with! We highly recommend!
