Went in to the store on a random day to just look around and so glad we did. We worked with Charlie for the first visit…got set up with a designer appt and then met Christian at our house. Got some great info and inspo and now am so excited for our new living room furniture to arrive. They were friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and would return. Always shopped at Pottery Barn but never got this type of help and experience or when interest in what we wanted our room to look like.
Pat Humes and Christian Long at the Wilmington NC store were amazing! We received the best care and never felt pressured. I HIGHLY recommend Pat as your salesperson and Christian is a designer Guru!
Allyson helped us, she was AWESOME. She answered all our questions on our multiple trips to the showroom including pricing all our different scenarios. We finally made our decision and bought today. Go to La Z Boy and ask for Allyson!
