I had a very positive experience with Linda the sales rep. She took the time to listen to my needs and wants as well as provided genuinely great advice about things like fabric selection, color matching, and throw pillows. Initially I wanted the plush cushions but I wound up going with the firm foam for long term durability. Had Linda not been honest I would have spent $600 more and would have been upset in a year. My only wish is that the sofa could be ready faster than the time quoted 7-9 wks but that’s standard in this industry I guess.

Matty was so knowledgable and nice. He didn’t pressure us to buy and was very honest. He helped us decide which design and color would look best with the rest of our furniture. He walked us around the store multiple times while i was being indecisive. The only downside is he’s from Purdue (go Hoosiers!). Definitely a great hire. He was fantastic. Very happy with his customer service.

Linda and Henry were both very helpful in putting our new customized couch together. They helped with everything from the make, fabric, and color to meet our specific needs. We feel happy and comfortable with our family couch that will last us a long time. Thank you for your help.
