They were wonderful. We called and they came out within 30 minutes to do an estimate and started the job within about 45 minutes of that first phone call. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Awesome service! Raymond responded quickly after I sent photos of the items I wanted removed and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. He came within 2 hours, was very professional and did an amazing job. Definitely recommend.

I recently utilized this company to get rid of my Christmas tree finally lol and if I ever need any junk removed I will definitely be contacting them again. Jake and his co worker were very nice, respectful, and professional. They came earlier than expected which worked better for me, and his price was very reasonable and fair. They were quick amd swift and im happy the tree is finally gone.

Jacob was friendly, responsive, and provided a very reasonable quote — especially compared to two other higher estimates I received. I was able to schedule a next-day pickup to clear out an office suite filled with large furniture, chairs, desks, and miscellaneous items. Matthew and another team member arrived promptly at the scheduled time, which was also conveniently confirmed via text. They were both courteous, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Kraken’s Junk Removal.
