Called to request a quote to repair/replace my garage door and they were able to come that day. He arrived at the time I was scheduled, assessed the damage and gave me a quote on the spot. Instead of trying to sell me a new garage he provided me a reasonable quote to repair the door and was able to complete the job right then and there!!! I am beyond pleased with the service and the repair!!! Top tier customer service!!!

We accidentally backed into our garage door, leaving it seemingly beyond repair—it wouldn’t open or close. We called Discount Garage Door, and Mark came by that evening. In just 10 minutes, he had it working again! While there's still some visible damage, the door is fully functional, and Mark’s fee was incredibly reasonable. Highly recommend them for any garage door needs!

Mark was great. Came earlier than expected. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Did the garage tune up and repair in timely manner. Plus - did a few things for free ! Thats what i call 5 STAR service :)

Excellent service! On time, professional, informative. Could not ask for more. We have called Cactus twice. The first time was for a broken spring. Tony was our service tech and was awesome. When, several months later, we had an opener problem we knew who to call. Gerardo was the tech who gave us an education on what was wrong and quickly took care of the problem. Super guys!.

Really impressed by Brandon. I was told he would come between 1 and 4, he showed up at 1:15, was ready to work, and really helpful. He was honest, not at all pushy, and very understanding. Best of all? He had our door fixed within 1 hour!! I will definitely be recommending Cactus to all my friends.
