He gave us a courtesy call ahead of time to let us know he was on his way, which we really appreciated. Upon arrival, he was kind, friendly, and very informative. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do. Howard worked efficiently and thoroughly, and even sent a text after the service was complete, detailing exactly what he sprayed.
